1. Current Sales Status

This website does not currently sell ARKEM game licenses or other digital products directly. Links to third-party services, such as Steam, are provided for information and community purposes.

2. Purchases Through Third-Party Platforms

If ARKEM is purchased through a third-party platform, the terms and refund, return and withdrawal policies of that platform apply.

3. Direct Digital Purchases

If Exovision offers direct digital purchases in the future, the applicable legal information regarding withdrawal rights will be provided during the purchasing process before the order is completed.

4. Digital Content

For digital content, the statutory right of withdrawal may expire before the withdrawal period has ended if the customer expressly agrees that performance may begin before the withdrawal period expires and confirms that they will lose their right of withdrawal once performance begins, where the applicable legal requirements are fulfilled.
